Terms and Conditions of Booking

All bookings are made with Paddle and Land Adventures UK, Paddle and Land Adventures UK (hereinafter referred to as The Company), the company owner is Diana Phillips.

​

The final balance should reach The Company no later than 30 days before the course. If the balance is not received by the specified date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and your deposit will be forfeited, unless an alternative payment plan has been agreed with Diana Phillips.

Bookings accepted after the balance due date can be secured with the appropriate deposit and full payment, must then reach us within 7 days of us confirming your booking.

- Payments are accepted by bank transfer and PayPal.  Paypal Account – maiden999@hotmail.com  - Notice of cancellation must be given in writing.

Should you cancel, the following scale of charges will apply:

· Cancellation more than 60 days before the session starts – full refund if paid by bank transfer or session cost minus PayPal fees if original payment by PayPal. 

· Cancellation between 31and 60 days before session - loss of 60% of the session cost

· Less than 30 days before the course starts - loss of 100% of the session cost

Should we cancel, the following scale of charges will apply:

· 100% of the total session cost will be refunded

It maybe possible to transfer to another session taking place within 30 days if there is space on other sessions available, this is done on a good will basis and not guaranteed should you need to change the date you booked.

ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

Its critical that you read and understand this document and understand that paddlesports are inherently risky. 

​

I declare that the information on my Booking From is true and correct, and I have not withheld any information that may be used in determining my ability to participate in my proposed course.

​

In consideration of Diana Phillips of Paddle and Land Adventures UK accepting my application for the session, I agree to this release of claims, waiver of liability and assumption of risks (collectively this agreement).

​

I waive any and all claims I may now and in the future have against, release from all liability and agree not to sue Diana Phillips of Paddle and Land Adventures UK, its officers, employees, guides, agents or representatives (collectively its staff) or the Licensor for any personal injury, death, property, damage or loss sustained by me as a result of my participation in a session with Paddle and Land Adventures UK. I am aware that this session, in addition to the usual dangers and risks inherent has certain additional dangers and risks some of which may include:

· Physical exertion for which I may not be prepared;

· Weather Extremes subject to sudden and unexpected change;

· Evacuation difficulties if I am disabled.

I accept all the inherent risks of the proposed session and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting there from. I acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of these types of session is derived in part from inherent risks incurred by these activities beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work and that these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement, being a reason for my participation.

I agree that if I suffer injury or illness Diana Phillips acting as Paddle and Land Adventures UK may, at my cost, arrange medical treatment and medical evacuation as it is deemed essential to my or the group's safety.

In entering into this agreement, I am not relying on any oral, written, or visual representations or statements by Diana Phillips acting for Paddle and Land Adventures UK or its staff, or any other inducement or coercion to go on the adventure trip hence only of my free will.

​

I confirm that I am over 18 (eighteen) years old, and that I have read and understood this agreement, and Terms and Conditions prior to signing it and agree that this agreement will be binding upon me, my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and successors.

I agree that this agreement shall be governed in all respects by and interpreted in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom.
